Hiking
The trails in the gorge are beautiful. They range in difficulty from easy to vigorous and in length from really short to really long.  If you click on the picture of the wooded path, it'll take you to a website with trail descriptions.  For those of you who prefer to see a view without arduous walking, Natural Bridge offers a chairlift ride to the top of this beautiful arch.
Climbing
Red River Gorge is world famous for rock climbing.  Whether you like to boulder, rappel or attempt a 5.13, the gorge can accommodate.  If you are experienced bring your own gear and have at it.  Click on the picture to the right for a link to a website with info about the various climbs in the gorge.  If you are not experienced check out ViaFerrata.  They offer a permanently installed course as easy as climbing a ladder.  For a fee they'll give you all the equipment and some pointers.  If you'd prefer, Ken and his friends all climb and they'd be happy to take you and teach you the ropes.  Just drop us a line before June 1!
Canoeing
Red River Gorge and the surrounding areas offer everything from serene lakes to white water.  Red River Outdoors is the place to contact for canoe rental.  Once again, we suggest you reserve early as June is a popular time in the gorge.
Yoga
Ken has consented to teaching a class to anyone interested on Saturday June 1st.  If you have one bring a mat, if not, don't worry about it.  Just wear loose clothes and an open mind!
